Transportation updates were among the top five interests of young professionals discovered through the Make Your Campaign, held earlier this year.
Assistant to the City Manager, Jonah Humes, and Ward 4 City Councilor Will DeMeir shared during our December Think Tank session, the vision and strategic plan for our city titled, Claremore 2020. The presentation featured a transportation legacy plan, which highlighted the Highway 20 realignment, quiet zones near railways and the expansion of Southhaven and Country Club road. A number of ODOT maps and resources were provided and can be found below. The Claremore Collective Development Crew works to facilitate and support the creation and growth of new and existing young professional-friendly businesses and community developments through their monthly Think Tank meetings. The crew is led by Brad Ward, VP of Commercial Lending at RCB Bank and Ryan Eaton, VP of Commercial Lending at BancFirst. Beginning on February 2, 2017, the Development Crew Think Tank sessions will take place the first Thursday of each month at North Block Common in historic Downtown Claremore.
